Not to be confused with the Honor 200 Pro, which has a larger 6.78-inch display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and wireless charging. Specifications can differ between China and international versions.

This is an editorial analysis of the specifications listed on this page. It is not based on SpecHub lab testing, so it makes no claims about benchmarks, battery life or camera results. Manufacturer lab figures are not reproduced here.
The Honor 200 is the standard model of Honor's 2024 line, launched in China in May 2024. It combines a slim 7.7 mm body with a portrait-focused camera set that includes a telephoto lens. It suits buyers who want a mid-range phone with fast charging and a flexible camera.
The phone uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (4 nm) with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage. The Honor 200 Pro uses the more powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. SpecHub has not benchmarked the phone.
The 6.7-inch OLED display has 1200 x 2664 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, and Honor rates its peak brightness at up to 4,000 nits. It is flat rather than curved at the edges.
The rear cameras are a 50MP main (f/2.0, 1/1.56-inch sensor, optical stabilisation), a 50MP telephoto (f/2.4, 2.5x optical zoom, optical stabilisation) and a 12MP ultrawide (f/2.2, 112 degrees). The front camera is 50MP. SpecHub has not tested image quality.
The battery is 5200 mAh with 100W wired charging and 5W reverse wired charging. Wireless charging is not supported, unlike the Honor 200 Pro, which supports 66W wireless charging. We have no endurance or charge-time tests.
The phone launched with Android 14 and MagicOS 8.0, Honor's own interface. It has dual Nano-SIM and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. A water-resistance rating is not listed for this phone.
People who care about portraits and zoom, and want fast charging in a slim body at a mid-range price, will find it a good fit.
Buyers who want wireless charging, a faster chip or an IP rating should look at the Honor 200 Pro or the Honor 400 series.
The Honor 200 delivers an unusually flexible camera set and very fast charging for its class. The lack of wireless charging and a modest chip are the main limits.
