The phone uses the Google Tensor G2 (5 nm) with 8GB of RAM and storage of 128GB or 256GB, plus the Titan M2 security chip. SpecHub has not benchmarked the phone.
The 6.3-inch OLED display has 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 90Hz, with Gorilla Glass Victus protection and an always-on display. The Pixel 7 Pro has a larger 6.7-inch screen with up to 120Hz.
